In consideration for participating in Art Classes, Camps, Workshops, Birthday Parties, Private Events, and other activities ("Programs") organized by ArtX LLC, I agree on behalf of myself and/or my child(ren) to the following terms and conditions.作为参加 ArtX LLC 组织的艺术课程、夏令营、工作坊、生日派对、私人活动及其他相关活动（"项目"）的前提，我代表自己及/或我的孩子同意以下条款与条件。

I confirm that I am the legal parent or guardian of the participating child(ren) and have the authority to consent to their participation in the Programs.我确认自己是参与项目的孩子的合法父母或监护人，并有权同意其参加项目。

I agree to observe and follow all posted rules, safety guidelines, and any instructions provided by ArtX staff, instructors, or representatives. I understand that failure to comply with these rules or instructions may result in removal from the Program without refund.我同意遵守所有公布的规则、安全指南，以及 ArtX 员工、老师或代表提供的任何指示。我理解不遵守上述规则或指示可能导致被要求离开项目且不予退款。

I understand that participation in art-related activities involves certain inherent risks, including but not limited to the use of tools, materials, and physical movement. I voluntarily assume full responsibility for any risks of injury, loss, or damage that may occur during participation. I hereby release and discharge ArtX LLC, its employees, instructors, and representatives from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising out of participation in the Programs, except where prohibited by law.我理解参加艺术相关活动存在一定固有风险，包括但不限于工具、材料的使用和身体活动。我自愿为参与期间可能发生的任何受伤、损失或损害风险承担全部责任。在法律允许的范围内，我特此免除并解除 ArtX LLC、其员工、老师和代表因参加项目而产生的一切索赔、责任、损害或费用。

I agree to indemnify and hold harmless ArtX LLC against any claims, causes of action, damages, judgments, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from my or my child's participation in the Programs or presence at ArtX facilities.对于因我或我的孩子参加项目或出现在 ArtX 场所而产生的任何索赔、诉因、损害、判决、费用或开支（包括合理的律师费），我同意为 ArtX LLC 提供赔偿并使其免受损害。

I agree to be financially responsible for any damage to ArtX property, equipment, or facilities caused by negligent, reckless, or intentional actions by myself or my child.我同意为我本人或我孩子因疏忽、鲁莽或故意行为对 ArtX 财产、设备或场地造成的任何损害承担经济责任。

In the event of illness or injury, I authorize ArtX LLC and its staff to seek and arrange necessary medical treatment for my child. I understand that I am responsible for all medical costs incurred and that emergency decisions may be made on behalf of my child if I cannot be reached. This authorization remains in effect for the duration of the Program.在发生疾病或受伤的情况下，我授权 ArtX LLC 及其员工为我的孩子寻求并安排必要的医疗救治。我理解我将承担由此产生的所有医疗费用，若无法联系到我，可代我为孩子做出紧急决定。此授权在项目期间持续有效。

This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of California.本协议受美国加利福尼亚州法律管辖并据其解释。

I acknowledge that I have read and fully understand this Agreement, and that I am entering into it voluntarily, without any pressure or coercion. I understand that I have the right to seek independent legal advice prior to agreeing to these terms.我确认已阅读并充分理解本协议，并自愿签署，未受任何压力或胁迫。我理解我有权在同意本条款前寻求独立的法律意见。

If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.如本协议任何条款被认定为无效或无法执行，其余条款仍将继续保持全部效力。

Any dispute arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties. If the dispute cannot be resolved within a reasonable period, it shall be settled through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction.由本协议引起或与之相关的任何争议，应首先由双方本着诚信原则协商解决。若在合理时间内无法解决，应根据美国仲裁协会的规则进行具有约束力的仲裁解决。仲裁员的决定为终局性决定，可在任何具有管辖权的法院作为判决执行。

By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and agreed to all terms stated above, and that I may be waiving certain legal rights.同意本《条款与条件》即表示我已阅读、理解并同意以上所有条款，并可能因此放弃某些法律权利。
