Cancellation & Makeup Policy取消与补课政策

To maintain a consistent and fair experience for all students, ArtX has the following cancellation and makeup policies.为了让每位学员都有稳定、公平的学习体验，ArtX 制定了以下取消与补课政策。

All classes operate on a reserved time-slot basis. When you book a class or enroll in a package, your spot is held exclusively for you.所有课程均采用预约时段制。当你预约一节课或购买课程包时，名额会专属为你保留。

If you need to cancel or reschedule a class, we require at least 24 hours' notice prior to the scheduled class time. Cancellations made with at least 24 hours' notice will be eligible for a makeup class, subject to availability.如需取消或调整课程，请至少提前 24 小时 通知我们。提前 24 小时及以上取消的，可根据名额情况申请补课。

Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance, or no-shows, will be considered a completed session and will be deducted from your package. No makeup class will be provided in these cases.提前不足 24 小时取消或缺席未到的，视为已上课，将从课程包中扣除相应课时。此类情况不提供补课。

Makeup classes must be scheduled within the validity period of your package (e.g., 30 days for a 4-class package, 60 days for an 8-class package). Expired classes cannot be extended or refunded.补课必须在课程包的有效期内安排（例如 4 节课包有效期 30 天，8 节课包有效期 60 天）。超过有效期的课程不可延期或退款。

Each class package allows a limited number of makeup classes to ensure scheduling balance. ArtX reserves the right to limit excessive rescheduling.为保证排课平衡，每个课程包允许的补课次数有限。ArtX 保留限制过度改期的权利。

Students enrolled in a regular weekly time slot may request occasional rescheduling; however, their original time slot is not guaranteed if repeatedly missed.固定每周上课的学员可偶尔申请调课，但若多次缺席，原时段无法保证保留。

Camps and Special Programs夏令营与特别项目

For camps and special programs, cancellations must be made at least 30 days prior to the start date to receive a full refund (minus processing fees). Cancellations made within 30 days may be eligible for studio credit or transfer to another program. No refunds are available for cancellations made within 7 days of the start date. Missed camp days are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled.夏令营及特别项目须在开始日期前至少 30 天 取消，方可全额退款（扣除手续费）。30 天内取消的可转为工作室学分或转到其他项目。距开始日期 7 天以内 取消的，不予退款。缺席的夏令营日期不予退款，也不可改期。

ArtX-Initiated CancellationsArtX 主动取消课程

ArtX reserves the right to cancel or reschedule classes due to low enrollment, instructor availability, or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, a makeup class, credit, or refund will be offered.因报名人数不足、老师时间或其他不可预见情况，ArtX 保留取消或调整课程的权利。发生此类情况时，我们将提供补课、学分或退款方案。

By enrolling in any ArtX program, you agree to these cancellation and makeup terms.报名任何 ArtX 项目即表示你同意以上取消与补课条款。
