Group classes keep a low teacher-to-student ratio — usually around 1:4 for kids and 1:6 for adults — so the teacher can actually sit with each student and push them forward.小组课严格控制师生比——儿童约 1:4，成人约 1:6——老师能真正坐到每位学员身边，逐个推进。
Flexible scheduling灵活排课
Most passes don't lock you into a fixed weekly time — schedule week to week around your actual life. Kids in the 12-class pass can also claim a regular slot if they want the same time each week.多数课程包不绑定固定时间——按你实际生活节奏逐周预约。12 节课的儿童包也可选择锁定固定时段，每周同一时间上课。
Freezes for travel or illness可因出行或生病暂停
Life happens. Each pass can be frozen once per term so travel, an illness, or a busy stretch doesn't eat into your valid days.生活总有状况。每个课程包每学期可暂停一次——出行、生病或特别忙的一段时间，都不会白白占用有效期。
Cancellation notice取消提前通知
