Media Release Form媒体使用授权书

I, the parent or legal guardian of the above-named child(ren), hereby grant permission to ArtX LLC, its employees, agents, and authorized representatives, to photograph, video record, and/or capture audio of my child and/or their artwork during participation in ArtX programs, including but not limited to classes, camps, workshops, and events.本人作为上述孩子的父母或合法监护人，特此授权 ArtX LLC 及其员工、代理人和授权代表在孩子参加 ArtX 项目（包括但不限于课程、夏令营、工作坊及活动）期间，拍摄孩子及/或其作品的照片、视频和/或音频。

I authorize ArtX LLC to use such photographs, videos, audio recordings, and images of artwork for promotional, marketing, educational, and informational purposes across all media formats, including but not limited to print materials, websites, social media, digital platforms, advertisements, publications, and exhibitions. This permission is granted for an unlimited duration and without geographic restriction.本人授权 ArtX LLC 将上述照片、视频、音频及作品图像用于宣传、推广、教育和信息传播，媒介包括但不限于印刷品、网站、社交媒体、数字平台、广告、出版物和展览。该授权不限期限，也不限地域。

I understand and agree that these materials may be edited, reproduced, published, or distributed by ArtX LLC without further notice to me. I acknowledge that I will not receive any compensation for the use of these materials.本人理解并同意，ArtX LLC 可在不再另行通知我的情况下对上述素材进行编辑、复制、发布或分发。本人确认不会因使用这些素材而获得任何报酬。

I further agree that all rights, title, and interest in the images, recordings, and any derivative works created from them shall be the sole property of ArtX LLC.本人进一步同意，相关图像、录音及其任何衍生作品的全部权利、所有权和权益均归 ArtX LLC 独家所有。

I waive any right to inspect or approve the final use of any materials in which my child or their artwork appears. I release and discharge ArtX LLC and its agents from any and all claims, demands, or causes of action that may arise from the use of these materials, including but not limited to claims of defamation, invasion of privacy, or infringement of publicity or intellectual property rights.本人放弃对包含我孩子或其作品的任何素材最终用途进行审查或审批的权利。本人免除并解除 ArtX LLC 及其代理人因使用这些素材而产生的一切索赔、要求或诉因，包括但不限于涉及诽谤、隐私侵犯或公众形象权、知识产权的索赔。

This document constitutes the full and complete agreement regarding media usage and supersedes any prior understandings or agreements on this matter.本文件构成有关媒体使用的完整协议，并取代之前就此事达成的任何理解或协议。
